I have a withdraw of 6700 GBP pending with Betway. UK account, casino play, no bonus, fully verified.
Withdraw status has been stuck on "Processing Commenced" since 5 May. I have tried to contact Betway to discuss but unbelievably they will ONLY allow support via Live Chat. I have entered Live Chat on three separate occasions, and each time I have waited 5 hours (yes, five hours!!!) in the queue without ever connecting to a support agent.

Regrettably, due to the absence of a clearly defined timeframe for the investigation and considering the significant amount of time that has passed without any specific reason provided, we have no other choice but to close the complaint as unresolved at this stage.
Once investigation is completed we will reopen the complaint, if/when requested from the parties involved.
