Betway Casino - Withdrawal amount not paid from February 13th till now

I first submitted the withdrawal request on 13th Feb, which shows it is PAID via betway.com transaction status, the amount was $138.68. including my deposit of $120. I happily check my skrill to find that the funds has not been received, few hours later i checked again and after i waited for a whole day i emailed Skrill and betway about it, Skrill said any transaction should be instant and reflected immediately, while Betway after 4-5 times of exchanging mail, they said the first payment was unsuccessful and they had resubmitted the withdrawal and should reflect within 2-24hours.
After allowing 24 hours i still did not receive my funds and i mailed them again. They came up with the lame excuse saying they are still resubmitting the withdrawal, once the funds left their side i should receive within 2 - 24 hours. again i waited until now which is well past 24 hours and still no funds, i emailed them again twice and this time they choose not to reply me, it has been 20 hours since their last reply.

You've responded to me, but as mentioned I had gave you my NETELLER account, but the reply from betway was repetitive and never mention they are already processing payment to my neteller account, instead, you kept requesting my neteller account and prompt me to sign up. After the second time i gave you my neteller account, Betway hasn't responded, and login to betway account still shows my account balance as $0, with $138.68 status as PAID in Skrill (Wrong.)
