Betway Casino - Not Paying and giving misleading information
As outlined below, Betway are not paying my withdrawals:

We’re pleased to let you know your withdrawal has been paid. It could take 1-3 days to reach you.
1. Waited for days, this withdrawal never came. Contacted customer service and was told it was coming.
2. Contacted customer service a second time, they told me that the amount was never paid. (This is classed as fraud under UK law). They keep changing the story.
3. Contacted customer service again and was told there were widespread withdrawal issues at the casino - that this was a technical error
4. Contacted customer support again today and was told that the payment has been paid but there are processing errors again.
5. It is now the 9th of April and Betway still haven't paid.
*The withdrawal method is Visa and is usually processed within 12-48 hours.
Betway have violated the law by lying on a financial statement. The payment was marked as paid on the 2nd. And their customer services representatives have done a good job of contradicting themselves. I have all the evidence and I'm happy to post it online (without my personal data).
