I play at Betway Casino (UK). Account fully verified.
I deposit, and make successful withdrawals. After a big win, I request withdraw of 20k GBP. Betway say they try to make payment and it fails. I contact support (no easy to do!) and they just keep saying sorry but they cannot do anything.
Withdraw was requested 14 December 2022.
I have contacted my bank twice and they confirm that there is no problem for me to receive this payment. Also that there have not been any failed payment attempts. Also, previous payments from Betway were received no problem.
Screenshot attached. Note that the "Paid" area is the one that is missing! They say payment has been "Processed but no Paid"!!! Sorry but this is ridiculous.
Total dispute is GBP 20k + 1k + 7.135k = 28,135
