I have not wagered in casino but I have deposited the funds and withdrawn, all the money is my own capital and not winnings. Its been more than 100 hours since I provided the documents but still, I didn't get any mail from the betway team.
Total amount of my funds at hold are Rs.31,500/- and my account username is < username removed >
Meanwhile I have contacted the betway chat support 7 times and always I got the same answer saying it is under verification process and there are not even saying the time frame when they would verify and also not even replying or responding.
Please help me out in withdrawing my funds from betway as I am really in urgent need of my funds.

We thank both parties for their assistance during the complaint process.
I wonna share that it took 12 days to get my funds back. However the stress level was too much because how many time I contact the betway support the answer was same saying that your verification is pending.
Big draw back with betway is they won't reply us through mail which makes us panic what's happening and to be frank to take 10 days to verify a bank statement is really unacceptable.
Mean while you won't even reply us on mail and you take such a long time to verify.
Please try to correct this say, if it's in process mail them that we will get back to you with in so and so days but don't do like this and make the customers panic.
