Betway Casino - I've been waiting for my withdrawal for over a month now
I've been waiting for my withdrawal for over a month now. First they wouldn't accept card payment saying I need to make a deposit first, I did 3 times and still not accepting it. When I contacted support they told me they'll pay me directly on my card, nothing.
I contacted again they told me to put in bank/swift account, I did, said withdrawal paid and instead of money I received email information not correct, I try again same thing.
Last time i spoke with support they told me to send my ID card and bank statement to prove my account on [email protected], I haven't received any mail back and when i wanted to check the status no one was responding on support.
Now when i ask about my withdrawal they say I have nothing pending, but still I haven't received any money.
