I have made withdrawal request of rupees 43000 on 25th November, it was shown paid on 25th November itself, but it has been over 9 days and I haven’t received the money into my bank account. When I contact them , support said my funds are on hold as the withdrawal method is invalid and transaction was unsuccessful. Please note that I have withdrawn to the same account and method many times in the past. I had no issue getting the withdrawal. Now the amount is a bit larger than what I used to withdraw regularly and I am facing this issue. This is very frustrating. Please open the complaint.
