I have opened my betway account in December 2021. I have been betting on sports since then. I have sent every document I was requested in verification process cleanly. Although I was sending everything, I could not verify my account and withdraw money from account. Later my account was closed (I have more then 2000€) and my attempts of sending emails to support team were ignored. Also every time I contact live chat, if they answer, they say that the case has been forwarded to the operations team and they do not know how much time it is going to take them to "solve" it. It has been like that since then and I feel helpless and without my money. I have attached some chat transcripts and emails with betway support (there are more).

So you think I have broken terms of agreements but refuse to tell me exactly what I did wrong and ignore me for the past 9 months. I have not broken any terms of agreements, but just because I am a woman you think you can carelessly close my account for mere suspicion of breaking terms of agreements without any willingness to try and solve any irregularities regarding my account, but instead you ignore me while my money is in your pocket. I would appreciate if betway team could stop ignoring me and help me solve this case, as a woman I watch sports and I like betting just like men do and I want to be treated the same as any other user using betway and other sports betting sites.
