Betway Casino - Account Locked until I speak to responsible gambling team
There are too many things that happened which make no sense and no proper communication was provided by Betway. This is not a new account I have had account with betway for about 2 years now and I have been able to make withdrawals previously.
On Monday I requested a withdrawal for about 15k CAD using etransfer since it said i can only withdraw using the method i used to deposit. I did do but i know etransfer is limited to 10k at a time i thought they will split into two transactions. Then i decided to withdraw the rest of my funds from account which was about 70k CAD but i want it go directly in my bank account. So i made a deposit using INSTADEBIT so i can use it to withdraw directly to my bank.
The following day i tried to login to my account and it says it was locked and see an email i got from betway saying i need to speak to the responsible gaming team before they will release my account so i replied back to the email with my phone # to call me back. The day passes no calls so i get in touch with support they said they were unsuccessful in calling me even though the number was correct. So i verified the number again to make sure it was correct. 4 days later still no call.
The 15k etransfer withdrawal i made gets sent out to INSTADEBIT withdrawal option which i did not use and the other 70k i did still have not hit my instadebit account yet. I had made another 2 small withdrawals (6k and 7k) with etransfer, i get only one deposit of $9,999.99 CAD in my bank and I'm not sure what happened to the rest.
I got in touch with customer service again to let me know when they will call. They said there is no ETA. So now I'm locked out of my account and i have no idea what is going on with almost 100k that I'm missing.
