Betfair Casino - Account closed and winnings taken on 'business grounds'

Hello!
I deposit here 20 and I win 303. I was do the Verification procedure, and I start a withdrawal request. Two hour later I got an email:
"Hi David
Thanks for getting in touch.
The account has been closed on business grounds as per our Terms and conditions. Please contact customer service via the link below for future communication. "
I ask them what is the problem, they say its a business decision and they give me back my deposited amount!
I dont know why they do it, I dont do anithing for it!
I dont know a Big Company Like they why choose this road, to close accounts and stole winnings!
Please help me! Thanks

The account has been closed on business grounds by our account security department and will remain closed. Regarding the money I am sorry you feel this way, however the amount you have deposited into Betfair which was of an amount of 20 euros was given withdrawn to your moneybookers account.

"I'm afraid the account has been closed by the account security on businnes grounds, apologies for this. The exact reason as to why this has been closed I wouldn't know I'm afraid. In addition, the €20 should've been returned to your account, have you received this by any chance?"
I know this , I want to know why YOU STOLE MY WINNINGS and dont say anithing!!!!!
