Betfair Casino - Betfair Delayed Verification

A week ago I signed up to Betfair and deposited, I played and won £645. My account then suddenly got suspended and they asked for documents which I duly sent. The website then told me my verification was successful (I have screenshots) on Monday. It's now Wednesday and still when I log in it says suspended (even though it's verified) and when I speak to them on live chat they continually tell me security are still "reviewing" documents (a week on) bearing in mind it was my driving licence. They tell me there is literally NO set timescale and the usual canned responses, sorry we understand it's frustrating, etc. My concern is there are others in the same situation on Twitter and forums who have been waiting 11 months! I just want my winnings!
