Hi. I have tried contacting 888 by email a couple of times now with no response. I made 2 withdrawals on the same day 24/02. The 1st one of £2600 was processed and instantly available in my bank account. The 2nd one of £6500 was processed the next day but wasnt in my account. I have asked live chat who have said that i need to wait 5 working days and if not then contact by email the transactions department.
They told me my bank has control over releasing the funds but i have spoken to my bank who have said there's no payment from 888 casino waiting to go in and if they had sent it then it would be credited instantly like my other withdrawal. I would like this resolved please.
