This is the first casino I have ever had in issue with with poor communication of customer service and long waiting periods for withdrawal. I asked for prior withdrawals and reversed my money when it was going nowhere. Now I have tried withdrawals on July 9th/ 10th. And continuing to call their (terrible) customer service, I get the same answer that it will be sent to the relevant department, 3 different times. This has been a stressful issues full of countless emails and I will refuse to ever put money into this corrupt casino again. I would love to see my money finally go thru.
