888 Casino - Withdrawal allegedly processed 10 days ago but not received yet

Hi,
888Casino have decided to close my account as they believe I cannot evidence sufficient income to keep the account open (source of wealth).
I have no issue with this and they confirmed they would be sending my account balance and suggested this was processed on the 12th June. (Please see pic attached).
No funds have cleared into my account 11 days later, they are ignoring all emails and I cannot log into my account as it is closed.
I am attempting to get the bank transaction ID but they will not respond at all.
There are two withdrawals, one for £5058 and one for £200.
Please can someone help and contact them as they are totally ignoring all communication.
