I have made £800 withdraw on 21st December I'm still waiting for payment, the operations team have said it's paid the payments team have said no? Why don't they speak to each other I have verified my account the payments team wanted verified paper work what was provided! Begging of jan! I have no money in my account as promised by tahsa in the payments team and they have no idea please I want this sorted 1 month is a long time to wait.
