Please can you help me. I won £12000 on Sunday 21st of may at around 1am. Since then I’ve been asked to provide all verifications of ID. Which I have done and which of all were approved.
But then again my withdrawal was delayed. Now this morning I’ve received and email saying the name on the bank statement does not match that of which was registered with. It does match. It also matches the passport provided. The driving licence provided. Thank bank statement provided even shows deposits to 888.
This is the only bank account that I hold and they’re asking if I’m a 3rd party or to provide another one?
After reading many reviews online I’m not starting to worry about if I’m actually going to receive my money. Please could you help.
