Hi All,
I am from the Philippines and just joined 888casino.com recently. I created my own profile and inputted my own bank card information onto their website so I could start playing their online games. I joined them because they have lots of good reviews online and was expecting to have a smooth transaction from them.
I deposited my first money to them. And quickly I got it on my bankroll and I received a 100% bonus from them. With their bonus policy and wagering requirements, I happily complied with it. I finished the bonus requirement and wanted to cash out already.
The issue I'm having is getting verified so that I could withdraw the balance I have in my account.
888casino states that their verification process usually takes up to 72 hours. I sent them my personal information for the verification process on May 29, 2020. And today is June 02, 2020 (more than 72hours already) and still havent receive any feedback from them yet. l have sent multiple emails asking why it is taking forever to get verified, and I have not received any response from their team.
I played lots of other online casinos and having verified is easy unlike in this Casino.
I would like to follow up my request so that I can finally cashout my winnings (which I know will also take time)
Looking forward in hearing from them. I also emailed socialmedia@888casino.com and still no response.

I am writing this to give you an update regarding this issue. Due to the quarantine policies on going here in the Philippines, the banks are having a hard time reaching out to their customers because most of the workforce are not present. I am still waiting for their response with regards the details I need and if it is already allowed to receive money from online casinos like you.
If I haven't receive any email from them on or before the end of June, I am going to deposit to my 888Casino account via Skrill or Neteller so that I can use it as an alternative for my withdrawal. Kindly advise, how much is the minimum amount of deposit for those methods mentioned?
