I made an 888 casino account in 2022 I was sent an email to say I had to verify documents (absolutely fine) I didn’t do this at the time because I didn’t end up using the account.
Tuesday 14th march 2023 I requested to withdraw £400 email confirmed this. After a few days I noticed it was still “awaiting process “ I spoke to someone and they said to wait a bit longer. I waited until 9 days after and got in contact with them. I was then told after the 9 days I needed to submit proof of address as they said in the email in February 2022. I had completely forgotten about this email but absolutely fine I needed to send this to verify myself. Sent the documents 23/3/2023 and was told this will be dealt with in 72 hours. Still didn’t receive an email by 27/3/2023 so contacted them. Spoke to someone called Cosmin who said he would prioritise this and should hear back in 1-5 hours. Nothing again. Called again yesterday 28/3/2023 this is 5 days after sending documents they said they are busy and someone will be in touch that day. During all this they actually processed £148 on 24/3/2023 great stuff but I’m really concerned how I’ve been passed from pillar to post and getting told that’s documents will be verified in 72 hours and I’m still waiting. I’m quite new to all this so I’d appreciate some advice and hopefully get this resolved and get my £252. thanks so much.

Just an update , received an email yesterday evening from 888 saying :

According to our records, you have one or more withdrawal requests which are currently being processed.

252.00 GBP was transferred back to your gaming account (#602701322298).

I’m not too sure this part of the withdrawal has been sent back to my 888 account ? No point asking them why because it will take about 5 days to get a response so I’m confused why this was done ?
Anyway iv requested to withdraw the £252 again today it says awaiting process so hopefully it will let me withdraw this time ?
Will keep everyone updated when I know if the withdrawal has been successful
