Hello,
I've been trying to get my account verified for the source of funds. they asked me to provide this and I have successfully sent them over. I've given them my driving licence, passport, bank statements and other source of incomes as I'm a student.
They've not replied back to me ever since and I want my deposit back as this has been a awful experience for me I cannot believe I've been waiting for more than 7 days to get my account approved and it's still not approved! I have tried contacting live chat support in a professional manner without losing my anger they just tell me the same old story "Please wait 24 hours we will get back to you" but I never get a response back after that.
I really need some assistance so I can have this issue resolved!
