I have withdrawals dating April 21, May 30, May 31 not yet paid out to me. I have been using live chat support from 888casino but they either tell me it will be paid out on another day or they will escalate the issue. I feel like I am basically being tossed around and not being paid out. Attached are the withdrawals not paid out and past withdrawal time frames. I hope I get some better support on this.

Review of your account shows that $502 payment returned to us. This is the same for the other payments. The Transactions department sent you an email on June 2 letting you know about it and also provided you with the reason why it happened. This email required your input in order for us to proceed.
Subsequently on June 4, the Transactions team sent you an email letting you know that we were reprocessing the payment back to you. This was completed on June 8 and a confirmation email was sent to you. It takes between 4-7 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank account; therefore you should expect the credit between June 12-17.
