Tried contacting customer services numerous times no answer.
What is the problem here casino has let me deposit and play with my funds, however withdrawals are not happening.

It’s far from the truth.
—As @NVASKEVICIUTE advised, we sent the payment to Paypal and it was returned. Until the funds are received back, we are not able to re-process the payment.
TWICE THE FUNDS WERE PROCESSED AS PAYPAL, neither time there was a mention of funds returning to casino or me not being able to withdraw via PayPal. 2nd was processed by a customer service team member and still I was not given explanation or anything. Just 2nd reprocessing throu PayPal.
—This was completed as soon as we received Bank Details; NVASKEVICIUTE has confirmed that she has since received the funds.
It was not completed as soon as it took me endless emailing and reaching out through 3 different platforms to get an answer from anyone. And the answer was not conclusive as there is no means of updating means of withdrawal as there is a pendi go withdrawal.
Then I had to check and if and when I will get a withdrawal.
Overall it took me not far of 20 days to withdraw my money and it was not an easy job to get there. But casino still happily allowed me to deposit further money. Without me actually having means to withdraw it.
And not even apology.
Safe to say will not be using 888casino
