Good afternoon. I had such a situation. They blocked the account without explanation. In addition, my account was successfully verified and before that I successfully withdrawn my first win. After my win, I tried again to withdraw it to my account, but the casino not only rejected the withdrawal the winnings, but also blocked my account. Then they requested more documents that I sent them another 3rd day but still haven’t received an answer. My winnings were 7,000 cad. Review of your account shows that on the day your account was disabled, the Operations department sent you an email with the notification, and included the information of what was needed from your end to lift the restrictions. This was successfully completed and a confirmation email was sent to you today, January 9th.
As you mentioned, your ID was verified previously. Kindly note that it was not the cause of the restrictions on your account.
Regarding the withdrawal of the winnings, please note that all the requests were released and the closure of your account did not delay the payments. You should have received all but the last payment which was released on January 3; it could take between 4-7 business days for you to see the credit in your bank account.
