I have been trying to cash out my bank roll for 4 months now. I have no idea why it would take so long, I have contacted your help line and still nothing. I'm not even getting any response for your team. This absolutely ridiculous and very unprofessional. I have provided every piece of ID I have and all documents that 888 have requested. I have spent thousands playing and I can't cash out our my winnings. Please, can someone respond and let me cash out my bankroll. I have legal counsel investigating this further for me as I suggest anyone else going through this trouble should do so as well. 888 is stealing money from honest hard working people.
