Hello,

I opened an account on 888 on 2nd May 2022. I verified my account the same day and I started to use it. On 9th May my account was restricted, I got an email to send again my ID and one other document to verify my address. I did it the same day.

After 8 days of waiting, I finally got an email (17th May) that my documents are verified and I can use my account again. All worked well, I log in to my account and start using it again. The next day 18th May I requested a withdrawal (5380 euros) to the same payment method I used for a deposit (Muchbetter wallet). The next day I got an email from 888, they said your account is closed, and you can use it anymore. I sent mail to support, and they answer that my account is under "Betting Investigation" and my withdrawal is sent back to my account.

I can log in to my account but just to the cashier page, money is on the account but I can't do anything else. They asked me to send new documents again, I did it the same day.

I sent more than 50 emails to 888 and every time I get the same answer, "wait to finish the investigation"

Today is 20th April 2023, so for more than 11 months, I'm waiting to get my withdrawal from this scam casino.

Is there anyone on this site who can help me? I saw that a couple of people had a similar problem before me, but as far as I can see, no one managed to get their money.

I repeat once again, they got everything from me that they asked for, but they have not given me money for 11 months, is it normal for a famous casino like 888?
