I've created an account at 888 in January. After winning some money I would like to withdraw the funds. But I received an email on 3rd Feb to verify my account and they have requested a copy of my passport or id and a copy of my credit card which I used while deposit.

I have uploaded my documents over 14 days ago! and unfortunately I heard nothing. After calling them multiple times to the customer support, my issue is not resolved. The support staff told me that they will forward my email to the relevant department, but I get no answer. I can't access my account and can't make any withdrawal or bet at their site. Hopefully this will speed up the process a bit. The total amount stuck is £660.
