I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the significant delays and lack of resolution surrounding my withdrawal requests at 888 Casino. Despite following all required procedures and providing the necessary documentation, my withdrawal requests remain unresolved, and I have experienced repeated delays and cancellations.

To provide some background, I completed the verification process in December 2024, submitting a driver’s license and a credit card copy (with sensitive information blocked). After making my initial deposit and winning, I was asked for further documentation, including a utility bill, credit card statement, and proof of income. I submitted additional documents, such as T4s and notice of assessments, as requested, in order to facilitate the processing of my withdrawals.

However, my withdrawal requests have been cancelled or declined several times without clear explanations. Initially, I was told my first withdrawal was canceled due to delays in submitting documentation, despite my prompt submission. More recently, my subsequent withdrawal requests were declined, again without any specific reason.

I have reached out multiple times through email and online chat, but the responses I received were vague and unhelpful. I was informed that my case had been escalated and placed on a "priority list," and that my documents were under review by the finance team, but there has been no meaningful progress.

I would like to request the following:

A clear and detailed explanation for why my withdrawals have been declined or canceled.

Confirmation that all requested documentation has been received, and clarification on whether there are any remaining issues with the verification process.

A specific timeline outlining when my withdrawal will be processed and my funds released.

Immediate action to resolve the pending withdrawals or a clear reason for the continued delays.

The lack of transparency and accountability in this matter is unacceptable, and I expect prompt and thorough communication regarding this issue. Should this matter not be resolved in a timely manner, I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint to the relevant regulatory authorities.

This has been 888 Casinos process since the start, they don't communicate, I sent them another email today to follow up from my formal complaint, I also spoke with their online chat today and the refused to give me a complaint number so that I can take my complaints to AGCO.

I recieved an email from 888 casino requesting an explanation for my credit card and requesting information on how I paid the credit card. I submitted my explanation along with a copy of my Bank statement from November 2024 - March 2025 and a copy of my paypal account. My response is below

I received this email requesting an explanation for some payments. I have responded to that email however I have not received confirmation that it was received. The email is attached via screenshot. 



To explain how I accumulated my funds from November 2024 - March 2025


 In November 2024 I created an Online gaming account with BetMGM and started making small bets. I was fortunate enough to win money so I started making larger bets, winning more than I lost and kept trying my luck. I kept putting money back into my online betting accounts as I kept willing. 


I won money on BetMGM, Northstar Bet, OLG, Ceasars Palace and 888 Casino. I use my credit card each time as I am able to deposit larger amounts compared to e-transfer. For E-transfer my RBC account limits to a max of 2500 per day and 10000 per week. 


I have attached my bank statement along with my PayPal account. 


NorthStar bet uses PayPal for payments. When the amounts went to my paypal I would deposit it back to my RBC. 


The other accounts use interact e-transfer. (Paybilt) Every single detail is there on the bank statement. At the start of February, I unfortunately lost most of my earnings on Ceasars Palace Online Casino which is why I am requiring my withdrawal from 888 Casino to pay off my credit card. 


All of my large funds are from Casino winnings.
