Hi,
first I went trough some painful verifying my account with continuous cancelling my withdraw and demanding some unreasonable pictures, even papers form the bank. I even had to show my expiration date on the credit card, which is a little fishy.
Finally all the uploaded pictures were approved and now my withdraw is pending for 3 days already! I got message prom support, that my withdraw is under review and I should be patiently waiting, otherwise withdraws are processed in 12 hours. I haven't even used any bonuses. So this to me is completely unacceptable, that they are holding my money for no reason. What is there even to review? And for 3 days/?
Hope this can get resolved asap, cause I need money. I barely won anything. Just want get back my 500$.

Still i must say i have contacted them 3 times and they couldnt tell me even time frame in which withdraw would be processed. Even that excuse they gave now... delayed beacause of security reasons cant be right. My documents were approved, then they told me my withdraw is under review ..., yesterday they told me that these withdraws are made manually and they are very busy and i am in line... so i should patiently wait. Excuse after excuse... i guess some people just give up in the end.
Will never use that site again. Thanks for all the help again!

The withdrawal in question was approved on Nov 26
The delay was caused by the Security Department, which required extra checks.
