I betting on 20 bet 3-4 month and everything is okay!I uploaded thousands of euros to the site.I have lost and won a lot. And everything was fine until one week. Pre one week 20bet blocked my account for any reason. i sent email for verification team and for the support. I didn't get a specific answer. Verification team just told me wait wait wait. I sent every my documents : ID card with selfie and code, last bets, devices which i play, IP adresses, balance on my account everything they say in that email. I sent this mail for verification team and for support with my all documents. But I didn't get a specific answer. 20bet just told me wait wait wait. I have not committed any irregularities and 20bet illegally took my account. I have on my account around 3200eur. I want my account back! I want to know why it was blocked! Here you see that the compliant is asking to provide the login instructions to the email, that is not relevant to the player's account.
