On Sunday and Monday, I won a bit of money and have been trying to withdraw, however, I am experiencing major delays and non-communication with regard to the actual withdrawal status.
On Monday, 31 Oct and 1st Nov I submitted documents which are in line with what they asked for. After a couple of hours, these were marked as approved.
I currently have one withdrawal of about 2000€ pending via BankTransfer, perhaps this is a mistake but the status is still pending and after more than three working days I got no more information about my withdrawal.
Another Withdrawal is via e-wallet. On their own homepage they wrote:
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO WITHDRAW FUNDS?
Since transactions are handled solely by payment providers, withdrawal times vary depending on your chosen payment method.
If you’re using an eWallet, we try to process all withdrawal requests within 12 hours
Right now, after my withdrawal request on Thursday, nothing happened too. All documents were approved.
