I have been playing at 20bet for some time now.
Lately I have been lucky and won, I requested payout.
They declined all my withdrawals within 1 hour and asked for different documents.
I provided passport, mobile bill, transaction proof, credit card proofs & statements as well as bank etc.
All documents to be verified with no doubt.
I have contacted live chat number of times and sent them emails regarding i need and want my money paid out.
I get weird answers from them that "it takes time and be patient"
I have all emails sent and live chat transcripts.
At the moment its outstanding request of:
