I requested a withdrawal of 94 EURO on July 25th. I am still waiting for this money to be withdrawn. I would like to withdrawal the rest of the money in the account of 1,377 EURO now but I can't request any new withdrawal until the 94 EURO withdrawal from July 25th has completed. I've reached out to the pokerstars team and I can't get any response from them as to why the money hasn't been given back to me. At this point I just want my money back that's left in the account.
