I have tried on several occasions for the past 2 week to withdraw my winnings out of poker stars circa £11,000.
I have made contact and sent all my documents in for verification, to which they have confirmed receipt. This has now been ongoing for 14 days and counting.
I have received x2 generic e-mails from poker stars that said they are busy and will be in touch..... they are quick enough to take my money!
Please authorise my documents so I can withdraw MY money.
