My Account is restricted since the 8th of March! I always get the same message:

"Your account has been temporarily restricted pending a routine security investigation. We apologize for this delay.

These checks are usually completed within minutes, after which time your account will either be re-opened with full functionality, or you will receive an email explaining required next steps.

Should you wish to contact us, please head to our dedicated Help Center where you will find answers to most questions and ways to contact us."

I passed the verification process for the service a long time ago and submitted all the necessary documents at that time. However, after my account was restricted, I did not receive any instructions via email. Despite my attempts to contact the support service, they have only been providing me with generic responses that do not address my specific issue. I would like to regain access to the game.

Thank you for the informative answer, although it appeared to be a template response. Can you please clarify if there is a maximum waiting time for the checks? The reason I ask is that it was stated that the checks are typically completed within a few minutes, yet I have been waiting for over two weeks.
Anyway, this is a very strange attitude towards the players. Block for no reason at all for an indefinite time and do not explain anything.

They apologize for the duration of this review and explained that it takes time to be reviewed and addressed appropriately, and that is being addressed diligently and in the shortest possible time.

Unfortunately, they cannot provide a timeframe as every review is individual and depending on the complexity of the case and the different procedures to be carried out, it is possible that the resolution of some cases takes longer than that of others.
