I have problem with pokerstars, got account restricted it's ok, I understand for what, but I can't withdraw my money from the account, waiting more than 2 months, sent all needed documents 4 times, and still nothing happens, any suggestions? Usually I got same answers that my case is still under review, but sometimes pokerstars staff tell me other things like I need to wait up to 5 hours or 72 hours and etc. I attach some proofs what they are telling me.
