I applied for a withdrawal after winning my first tournament on April 19. On Apr.20 I received an email asking for verification so I did that and sent my drivers license and utility bill as was asked. I was told then it would take 3-5 business days. The withdrawal amount was for $1600 USD. I am in Canada and i use e-transfer to put money in my account to play with and this was the method I choose for withdrawal. I have sent several emails over the last week trying to confirm that they did receive my documents I sent and wondering about an update. I have used every email I can find for pokerstars but have not received a reply. I only started playing online after covid-19 shut down all our local games - so sorry if I'm rushing into this complaint and should just wait this out longer. I'm just very nervous having not received one reply to any email I've sent. Thanks for any help or advice you can give me.
