Suddenly account was frozen without any reason, PokerStars does not reply for a 5 weeks (1 month and a week), 6 emails out with questions, 0 emails in, at the same time for other players they reply to simple issues very fast. I am very careful player and I use PokserStars only for relax, - I have asked about minimal deposit limit of $12 a week. I was happy to play and sometimes even to win small sums of money (usually till 50 EUR) which I was happy to withdraw. Sometimes I use an option of "Responsible gaming" to put a restriction to myself, from 12 hours to 1 month, just in order not to dive too deep into gambling. One day (20-th of January, 2021) I put 12 hours restriction for myself, but when came back from work I've discovered that account is frozen and the reason is very typical - security has frozen my account due to suspicion of double accounting. Real mess, because I have only one account which I am using for last 5 or 6 years. I have sent them all description of my activity and devices I am playing from. I was very polite in my emails. What I am think is that I am not a lucrative player for PokerStars, therefore, taking into account their huge monopoly they just throw away these kind of unprofitable players who are so careful and can manage own deposit expenses. I ask the AskGamblers competent unit support and how weird it can sound - PokerStars themselves, to help me with this issue in order to regain access to PokerStars.
