Account restricted for 'routine security investigation'

First of all thanks in advance for looking into my case,
I've read other similar stories taking weeks to be finally resolved thanks to AskGamblers support, so I decided to tackle mine on day 4 week 1.
Haven't played on PokerStars Casino for some time, I decide to come back and try it again, i love it!!! So much better than 4 years ago!
All good, full of new exciting games and PayPal only payment method used (easiest cashier configuration ever).
Had some back luck, took it back on a lucky spin with a very reliable and honest "credit back to Paypal" procedure ,
"EUR xx.xx has been automatically credited back to your PayPal account"!
"EUR xxx.xx has been automatically credited back to your PayPal account"!
(true, each transaction took less than 3 minutes to show up on my Paypal balance!).
Stars account working fine, then i had a winning, I select to withdraw part of my balance and :
EUR x,xxx.xx will be submitted for processing to your PayPal account
"Please allow 72 hours for processing of PayPal withdrawals".
Withdrawal made on October the 6th, we are on October the 10th... already missed ETA.
It would not be a problem to wait, but all of a sudden, just after requesting the withdrawal I receive the following :
"Your account has been temporarily restricted pending a routine security investigation. We apologize for this delay."
Account frozen, remaining balance frozen, withdrawal marked in red "transaction currently being reviewed".
I send the required documentation as per email received, proof of ID and proof of Address.
On Tuesday Pokerstars support replies : "Your utility bill has been received and approved. However, we do still require a clear copy of your identification."
It is very odd, I do remember having submitted both documents at the same time, maybe a technical issue?, not a problem, it can happen,
I immediately send again my high definition front/rear pictures of my passport.
Pokerstars support doesn't have a live chat or a phone support, so I started following up on my case via Twitter and via email, I get couple of very polite replies from few customer care agents telling me to be patient and to wait, they apologised for delay and they told me my request has been marked as "urgent" too.
Day 4 , 2.00 pm, account still restricted and withdrawal not processed yet.
As weekend is approaching, I'd really love to keep playing with my Stars account, would you please help me with this?
