Account restricted for over 2 weeks and still no reply
My account has been restricted about 2 weeks ago now due to a “random security check” which is supposed to take a maximum of 72 hours according to an early reply when I chased them up.
I have only recently made a withdrawal which I received without problems. I left some of my winnings in my account to use in the future (approx $500) but then my account got restricted.
I’ve emailed them in excess of 10 times now but apart from 1 reply right in the beginning advising about the 72h max, I haven’t had a single response to any of my emails chasing them.
I’ve played at Pokerstars for over 6 years regularly and never ever had an issue. My account is verified and my personal details apart from my mobile number, have never changed since first registering years ago.
I simply don’t know what’s going on and I even emailed them to request a copy of the official complaints procedure which has been unanswered now for the best part of 1 week.
Can you please help?
