Hi,
I recently deposited £100 on Pokerstars, and was able to gamble up to an amount of £1480. I withdrew this amount as I was pleased with what I'd won, and pokerstars were happy to withdraw £1080 straight away to my paypal, and it said £400 would have to be manually processed.
So giving them saying this I thought I'd check back to see what's happening, as I'd heard nothing, and my account had been frozen with no reason to why and to contact support.
After contacting support by E-Mail and twitter, I still await and have not received any reply from them.
I can prove the withdrawal amounts, and what's been paid in, and what's still left owned. I'm concerned to say the least as previous reviews just state PokerStars and keen to always do this.

Just to clarify they didn't speak to the person in question at all, but i'm happy this is now resolved as of 06/12/20

As this is a problem in question, I don't feel i'll be playing on pokerstars after this issue is resolved.
Is there anyway of a manual cashout, as a site you've admitted I've done nothing wrong and that is my money you're holding.
As I feel this issue won't be resolve in any timely manner which is partially upsetting.
Is this an option?
