Frozen Account for No Reason
I joined Pokerstars on 11 March and deposited monies into the account. I tried to do a deposit wit ha bonus code but it never worked and thought nothing of it ,,,,, just one of those things. I played for several days depositing some additional monies. Having won circa £420 i proceeded with a withdrawal on 15 March 2018 to my PayPal account. I arranged for a further withdrawal of £169.21 which I subsequently decided to cancel as i wanted to enjoy a bit more gambling. I subsequently entered a further withdrawal request to my Paypal account on 16 March 2018 for £174.88 and advised it would take 72 hours for processing. On 16 March 2018 I received an email advising that my Stars Account is undergoing a standard security check asking met forward two items of documentation. In addition i had an email to advise i had a stuck game in the casino which was under review but i could carry on playing, however on 16 March 2018, my account was frozen and has remained so ever since.
Today, 20 march 2018, I sent by email a copy of my photo driving licence and the front page of my Vodafone mobile phone bill for verification purposes. I just received a response stating that these documents do not appear to be legitimate. I've written back asking why these documents are not deemed to be legitimate to which i have not received a response.
I attach for your reference the files sent.
They are now threatening that my account may be terminated and any funds due confiscated!
