I open an account with BWIN.

When I tried to withdraw my winnings it was rejected.

I filed a complaint but after a week I still had no reply.

I emailed again and said I wanted all the money taken out and then I wanted to close the account.

After a further week they said that they had closed my account and now that the account was closed I had lost all my winnings.

Do not deal with BWIN.

Do not bet online unless the Company has a registered office in your Country.

This case has been reopened upon casino’s request and we would like to give it one more chance for a successful resolution.

Dear liveclve,

First of all, I am sorry for any inconvenience we might have caused!

I requested this complaint to be re-opened since I checked your case and I can see that after your account was suspended ( but not closed), we re-opened it as per your request and eventually you managed to cash-out your total available balance. We have not taken any funds from you.

The account was suspended due to security reasons and I cannot disclose any further details. However, we later on removed the suspension, let you cash-out and actually the account is still open at the moment as well. You can come back and play with us!

Having this explained, I would like to ask you to confirm that you managed to cash-out your funds and your account is currently open and accessible so we can have the complaint closed.

I would greatly appreciate your cooperation!
