I am filing this formal complaint against Wyns Casino due to an unresolved withdrawal issue.
My withdrawal request has been pending for approximately two weeks. Despite my efforts to resolve this, the transaction remains stuck in "Under Verification" status.
I have completed all necessary KYC requirements and submitted all requested documents. According to the casino’s feedback, there are no issues with my account or the validity of my winnings. However, the payment has still not been processed, and I have not received a clear explanation for this excessive delay.
