I recently won $2000 and have been trying to withdraw it. My daily withdrawal limit is $750 and weekly $1500 so I have been trying to withdraw in $750 increments. So far you have only processed 1 payment of $750 and at time of writing you have canceled 10 withdrawals from me.

When I ask I get an email saying the interac request has expired. This must be due to slow processing by you.

I have never had a problem before and my account is verified and in good standing.

I am aware and disappointed it has been canceled yet again.
I would like to know ( and not a copy and paste answer please) is it common for winners to have to make over a dozen withdrawal requests to get what is rightfully theirs?

Delaying withdraw for no reason

Casino has been delaying my withdraw it’s been 10 days today (21/07) for no apparent reason. It’s not my first withdrawal I’ve done to this casino so my account is verified and all. When I try to message the live chat they just keep spamming the same copy paste message. Now they have also revoked my vip live chat status and any bonus I can receive from the site. It’s really starting to become sketchy.

My withdraw was delayed more than 6 days

My first time to play the wintopia casino. I sign up to the wintopia casino on 30.05.24.

After that i play on Esport and win a bit.

So, I made withdraw at 31.05.24 and still waiting.

I successful KYC already. Please help.

Withdrawal denied several times

I am fully verified with Wintopia Casino but keep getting withdrawals denied.

I was told credit card withdrawal is not possible and I had to make an Interac deposit to be able to withdraw via Interac which I duly did. My withdrawal was denied and I was asked for more bank details, transit no, etc, again I provided all this and was still denied.

I am now being asked to provide the same documents that I have already provided in my approved verification.

I believe this is a stalling tactic to delay my withdrawal.
