I asked the casino multiple times to close my account permanently. Since the first of August 2024, I have sent them over 10 emails to 3 different email addresses and yet they keep refusing to close my account. I contacted suppor­t@w­ins­cor­e.com, I contacted custom­erc­are­@wi­nsc­ore.com, then they told me I had to contact custom­era­ssi­st@­win­sco­re.com, which I did and yet they first offered me freebets and then later asked me for the reason. I have told them multiple times the reason. At first, I told them that I was not happy with their customer service and their offers and therefore I did not want to play on their platform anymore. Later, I also told them that I was suffering from gambling addiction and yet they just kept asking me and ignoring my request. Meanwhile, I have deposited and lost over 2000€ probably. I want them to close my account permanently asap and I also demand compensation.

Dear Askgamblers team,
today, I once again received this response from the casino... It is unbelievable... As you can see in the screenshots uploaded above, I have told them the reason multiple times and yet they are still asking and ignoring my request. Also, I received a promo email from this casino...
