Casino is refusing to close my account
I asked the casino multiple times to close my account permanently. Since the first of August 2024, I have sent them over 10 emails to 3 different email addresses and yet they keep refusing to close my account. I contacted support@winscore.com, I contacted customercare@winscore.com, then they told me I had to contact customerassist@winscore.com, which I did and yet they first offered me freebets and then later asked me for the reason. I have told them multiple times the reason. At first, I told them that I was not happy with their customer service and their offers and therefore I did not want to play on their platform anymore. Later, I also told them that I was suffering from gambling addiction and yet they just kept asking me and ignoring my request. Meanwhile, I have deposited and lost over 2000€ probably. I want them to close my account permanently asap and I also demand compensation.
