Yes I had a winning at wildsino I got my first payment two weeks later after waiting then I was still owed 1250 which I submitted March 1st and now we are in April 16 I waited for my payment hadn’t been asked to verify anything at this point in March. I kept being told their was a delay for me to be patient then towards the end of March I finally get asked to verify my documents which I submitted then they kept telling I wasn’t sending in my pdf file original from my bank of my deposit to their casino which I absolutely had I kept sending it in several times keep being told it’s not original which it is the original even sent copies of my Interac showing from my bank. I went into the live chat talking with different agents who said be patient we will find out what is going on and that they will get back to me which they never have. I talked to someone yesterday and they tell me once again be patient that they are having delays on withdrawals which we are almost two months of submitting my withdraw I feel like I have been very patient. I am now not sure how to proceed so I am sending a complaint about their casino. I have played and cashed out at several casinos so I know the process of sending in my documents
