I have my account blocked and a withdrawal pending for more than 4 months, twin requested several documents and I sent them all, the company claims that my documents were modified and they were not, I sent a video proving that the document is official from the bank and still so I didn't have my account unlocked.

Case not resolved so far, it is a delay in processing as they are analyzing another apology or document not to grant my access and in the future I will not be able to play and withdraw

Hello, the problem still persists, the bookmaker asks for “x” document for verification, and not happy, right after sending it, they always make up an excuse or ask for more documents, as in this case of the screenshot, they asked me for a bank statement and proof of business ownership, I sent it and soon after they asked for the last 3 payrolls or statement, and soon after sending it they ask for a more current one. The issue that always remains in this infinite loop and nothing is resolved, the problem is not that they do the verification, it is the unwillingness to do this unlocking
