SportingBet stole my money

My name is Paul and I am a representative of SB Casino.
The account in question was deemed as fraudulent for a number of reasons.

The customer support team are more than happy to discuss your account further with you. You will be required to provide the documentation they request. As soon as you provide legitimate details we will be able to process payment back to you.

I have already provided you my government ID, utility bills and photo of the PaysafeCard vouchers. What else do you need? If you want me to do a show on webcam, contact me. You should be kidding me. No one re-solved my issue yet and I'm still without a reply in their end. I think they are not going to pay my money back.

We consider this case unresolved, casino didn't provide any evidence to confirm their statement.
