Never received my 1250 withdrawal

I withdrew $1250 from spin it on the 21st of November and still have not received my money. I have been on live support times and was first told it would take 2-3 days then told 3-5 business days now I’m being told over and over that the payments team is looking into it which I never get an update about. I just want my money at this point. Please spinbit can you sort this out now? I have submitted bank statements and everything to you guys. I don’t understand how money just disappears after you send it to a bank account.
