Hi, i have been waiting three weeks for verification. I have sent all documents they have asked for but for 3 weeks i have not recieved any updates. The only updates i get is "it will be handled in time".
The verification also started after i won in a deposit lottery. I have not recieved any winnings from the promotion, since my account is under verification
