I have a withdrawal of $360.

2 days later they rejected the application and debited the money from my account.

The support replies that I broke the rules, but there is nothing like that.

To the question of what I violated, they did not give any answer.

We have one more time reviewed your case, and unfortunately, our fraud department foreseen that you gained an unfair advantage over the other players.

You have activated the bonus amount in the Game “Beautiful Bones.” The term of acquiring the bonus in this game is to collect the scatters until you fill the scatter bar.
With the bonus money, you were betting 0.30, 0.60, 0.90, 1.20, and 1.80 in the game mentioned above; you collected the scatter symbol until only one was left to win the bonus round.
After that, you deposit the funds in the account and play with real money, avoiding the bonus’s wagering requirements and waiting for the last scatter to win the bonus round.

Despite numerous attempts to communicate with their support team, I have been met with vague responses, endless delays, and a complete lack of transparency regarding my account status.
